John Hogan and Ed Sarzynski founded the firm of Hogan and Sarzynski in 1977. Their idea was the same then as it is today – provide high quality legal services to school districts and municipalities across New York State. John and Ed started with a part-time staff and just a few clients. Over the years the firm has grown considerably. We have added partners and expanded the name. We now represent over 50 public school districts along with villages, towns, counties and Boards of Cooperative Educational Services. We also represent a few individuals and businesses interested in experienced and quality legal representation.
In the last three decades, Hogan, Sarzynski, Lynch, Surowka & DeWind, LLP has earned a reputation for excellence and integrity in the representation of municipal clients.
